Product description
Cy3-Collagen(Bovine Collagen I) is a fluorescent extracellular matrix protein obtained by conjugating type I bovine collagen with the orange-red dye Cyanine3 (Cy3; Ex/Em ≈ 550/570 nm). The Cy3 label enables visualization of collagen structure, localization, and remodeling in biological systems while preserving natural bioactivity of collagen.
Applications:
Fluorescence imaging of ECM networks in vitro and in vivo.
Studying cell–matrix adhesion and migration.
Tracking collagen remodeling in fibrosis, cancer, or tissue regeneration.
